Efficient cleaning – For sapphire crystals and case-backs

This innovative pen was developed to facilitate cleaning crystals and case-backs before casing, in production or in After-Sales servicing.

It comes in two versions:

· E321000-C, with a cylindrical end-fitting, for round crystals or case-backs.

· E321000-T, with a triangular/elliptical shape, for an optimal fit on glass or sapphire with a rectangular, tonneau or other shape.

In both cases, this chosen cleaning pen is supplied with a non-slip storage holder. Each one is identifiable thanks to the representative shape of the end-fitting on the end of the handle.

Featuring easy handling due to its ergonomic shape, this product is designed to be able to exert sufficient axial pressure, and prevent risks of MSD (musculoskeletal disorders).

This pen also provides a long service life. Thanks to the velcro system on its end, you can keep hold of the shaped microperforated textile consumables.

The flexibility of the end-fitting, achieved via the mechanical characteristics of the handle, enables it to deform and adapt to the contours of the crystals. The end has the advantage of a flared shape, to prevent contacts on the case middle, causing scratches during work or touching the correctors or lubrication points inside the case middle.
