Very Easy TO USE, THIS PLIERS/VICE ASSEMBLY CAN REMOVE MOST ROTARY BEZELS ON THE MARKET.
The multi-function vice was designed to ensure safe operation, providing a large handle. Its two jaws, made from synthetic material, enable you to hold watch heads via their horns, without scratching them.
The pliers are equipped with a versatile elastomer for all bezel diameters ranging from 30 to 50 mm, to provide a superior grip. There is a limit stop to prevent crushing the bezel after extraction.
This solution is without doubt the most efficient on the market.
Technical specifications:
· Elastomer with two lips, suitable for
rotary bezels of Ø30 to 50 mm
· 4 possible shapes on the vice jaws
REcommendations:
For a wristwatch, it is possible to do without this vice, but the operation will not be as easy.
If you have removed the bracelet, position the case middle on the vice after choosing the right jaw shape for the horns.
Close the vice firmly
Use your other hand to hold the pliers, and slide the lip between the bezel and case middle. Choose the side of the pliers according to the bezel diameter.
Clamp the pliers slightly, and turn them so that the bezel rotates through approximately a ¼-turn.
During this operation, it is important to apply a radial twist with the vice.
Replacing ELASTOMER AND JAWS:
The elastomer is replaced using a 1.5 mm Allen key
The jaws can be turned and screwed in using a mechanic's flat-bladed screwdriver.
